CD/DVD Problems

You can't insert the CD/DVD tray easily.
Don't force the CD/DVD tray into the printer. Make sure your printer is turned on,
the output tray is in the upper position, and you follow all the insertion steps
beginning on page 63.
The CD/DVD tray ejects when you start a CD/DVD print job.
Follow the steps on page 63 to reinsert the CD/DVD tray. Make sure you press the
) paper button to load the tray before sending your print job again.
The CD/DVD tray doesn't eject after printing.
Gently pull out the tray and press the ) paper button to turn off the ) paper light.
Your design is not positioned correctly on the CD or DVD.
You need to adjust the print position in Epson Print CD; see page 70.

Miscellaneous Problems

The image is inverted, as if viewed in a mirror.
Turn off
Mirror Image

The printer prints blank pages.
Make sure your printer is selected in the Print window, or in the Macintosh
Chooser or Print Center.
Clean the print head; see page 77 for instructions.
