Intel Desktop Board DB43LD Product Guide

External Graphics Support

The Desktop Board provides a PCI Express 2.0 x16 interface that you can use to add a
discrete graphics add-in card to your system.

Audio Subsystem

The onboard 2 + 2-channel audio subsystem consists of the following:
Intel ICH10D I/O controller hub
RealTek ALC662 audio codec
Front panel audio header (supports both AC '97 and Intel HD Audio), including
functionality for:
⎯ Line out
⎯ Microphone in
S/PDIF header (3 pin)
Three back panel audio connectors
The front/back panel audio connectors are configurable through the audio device
driver.
The board provides 2-channel audio from the rear panel audio ports with manual port
re-tasking through the audio software control panel as indicated in Table 3. The front
panel audio header provides a separate, independent 2-channel multi-streaming
analog port for simultaneous audio streams.
