NSTRUCTIONS FOR Your STAR TRAC group cycle is easy to use. Simply sit on the cycle, tighten the pedal straps and begin pedaling. The cycle allows the user full control over resistance by simply adjusting the brake pad. Typically, lower resistance levels enable you to pedal at a faster pace, placing increased demand on the cardiovascular system. -

Check the following parts for security and/or proper torque. Crank arms Use a foot pound torque wrench, tighten to 30 - 35 foot-pounds. Pedals Use a pedal wrench. Excessive wear, such as glazing or leather separation, indicates replacement is required. Inspect seat pad for wear. Rips, tears or excessive movement indicates replacement is required. 2. Using the Multi-Purpose Wrench, remove the two bolts supporting the brake pad onto the frame ). Installation 1. Carefully re-install the two bolts through the brake pad bracket onto the frame.
