Problem
Pump has following
problems: failure to produce
pressure, erratic pressure,
chattering, loss of pressure,
low water volume.
Detergent
fails to mix with
spray.
Engine runs good at no-load
but "bogs"
when load is
added.
Engine will not start; or
starts and runs rough.
Cause
1.
HydroFoam
TM
launcher
installed.
2.
Water inlet is blocked.
3.
Inadequate water supply,
4.
Flow shut off device within
10 feet of pump inlet.
5.
Inlet hose is kinked or leaking.
6.
Clogged inlet hose strainer.
7.
Water supply is over 100°F.
8.
High pressure hose is blocked
or leaks.
9.
Gun leaks,
10. Nozzle is obstructed,
11. Pump is faulty,

Detergent line is collapsed or
kinked.
2.
Cleaning tank filter is clogged,
3.
In-line filter is dirty.
4.
High pressure nozzle installed,

Dial-a-Cleaner

knob is in off

Engine speed is too slow.

Dirty air cleaner.

Out of gasoline.

Correction
1.
Replace HydroFoam
TM
launcher with
high pressure nozzle,
2.
Clear inlet,
3.
Provide adequate water flow.
4.
Allow at least 10 feet of unrestricted
garden hose between pump inlet
and flow shut off device.
5.
Straighten inlet hose, patch leak.
6.
Check and clean inlet hose strainer,
7.
Provide cooler water supply.
8.
Clear blocks in high pressure hose
or replace hose,
9.
Replace gun.
10. Clean nozzle,
11. Contact Sears service facility,

Repair or replace detergent line,
2.
Replace tank.
3.

Replace nozzle with HydroFoam

Rotate knob for desired detergent,
