Overfilling the air to the tires couldbe hazardous.
If you put too muchair intothetire, mayburst,and causingsevereinjury.
Checktheair pressure from timeto timewhileinflatingthe tire gradually,
untilthe specifiedair pressureis obtained.
Tire Replacement
YourGo-karthas low-pressure tubelesstires. Air is sealedby thecontact
surfacesof the innerwheelrim and the tire bead. If the innerwheelrim or
tire beadis damaged, a ir may leak. Beextremelycarefulnotto damagethese
sectionswhen replacingtires.
It isvery importantto usethe propertoolswhen repairing or replacingtires
in orderto protectthe tire beador wheel rims. Havethiswork donebyyour
authorizedservicecenteror a qualified tire repairstation.
Whenbreakingthe tire bead loosefrom the wheel,beextremelycarefulnot to
damagetheinnerwheel rim surfaceor the tire bead.
Usingtiresthat havebeen installedincorrectly couldbe hazardous.
The Go-kartmay haveunusualhandlingif the tiresare installed
incorrectly.
Thetires are intendedto rotate in a specificdirection,as indicatedbythe
arrowson the sidewallof eachtire. Installtires correctlyso theyrotatein
the properdirection.
Tubeless Tire Repair
If a leakor flat tire occursdue to a puncture, t he tire may be repairedusing
a plug typepatch.If the damageisfrom a cut, or ifthe puncturecannotbe
repairedusinga plug,thetire shouldbe replaced.WhenoperatingyourGo-
kart in areaswheretransportation or servicefacilities are not readilyavailable,
it is stronglyrecommended thatyou bringa plugtyperepairkit and a tire air
pumpwithyou.
