Surface Cookware Tips
Use medimn- or heavy-weight cookware.
_duminmn cookware conducts heat fi_ster
than other metals. Cast-iron and coated
cast-iron cookware are slow to absorb
heat, but generally cook evenly at low to
medium heat settings. Steel pans may
cook tmevenlv if not combined with
other metnls.
For best cooking results, pans should be
flat on the bottom. Match the size of the
saucel)an to the size of the stwli_ce refit.
The pan should not extend over the
edge of the sm_hce unit more than 1".
Use only flat-bottomed woks.
