If desired, wash with hot soapy water, rinse
and dry.
Once tile griddle has cooled, mb tile surtace
lightly with vegetable oil. Do not use corn oil
or cooking spra):s as they get sticky.
If the griddle is cleaned with anything other
than a dry, heavy; coarse cloth, it will need to
be reseasoned.
Ne_er flood tile hot griddle with cold water.
