Tape Navigation allows you to automatically locate a programme you want
to view, and also to list on the TV screen the recorded contents of every
tape you have recorded on this VCR.
Navi Lock function prevent accidently deleting of important programmes.
Soap Recording function is an easy way to set timer programming using
Tape Navi data menu.

MOVIETEXT shows the text while your are viewing a TV programme or
viewing playback.
This explains the following additional convenient features:
Linear Time Counter; shows the actual elapsed time in hours,
minutes, and seconds.
Automatic Rewind/Automatic Rewind Shut-Off; automatically
rewinds the tape at its end and automatically shuts off at
its beginning if the VCR is switched to the standby mode.
Tape remaining display; shows the remaining time on the TV screen.
Index; locates the desired programme on your tape.
Rental play; the VCR automatically starts playback when a cassette without
the safety tab is inserted.
Menu features show you various displays;
Programme Review, OSD feature on/off selection, VIDEO
LINK L1/L2, Tape Analyzer on/off selection, Auto
programme play on/off selection and Auto clock set on/off
selection.
Tape Dubbing; allows copying from another pre-recorded tape.
This tells you how to connect a Satellite/Cable box decoder receiver and
record its programme.
This tells you the format and specifications for Hi-Fi sound.
