The DATA=00 means it's USB HID.
Switch to Keyboard Emulation
Type 01 10 01 into area under the heading Message (Hex)
Then click on Send Message.
Send inquiry MSR type
Type 00 10 into area under the heading Message (Hex)
Then click on Send Message.
The DATA=01 means its USB Keyboard Emulation.
You must now reset the MSR by sending the command 02.
Type 02 into area under the heading Message (Hex)
