5.1 Overview

This section describes the procedure for adjustments required when the
printer is disassembled and assembled for repair or service.
Performance Priority
Service/Replacing parts
Replacing the printer mechanism.
Replacing the Main Board.
Replacing the printhead unit.
Replacing the CR motor.
Replacing or removing the CR
assembly.
NOTE: "¡": Required Adjustment. The number in the circle shows the required adjustment order.
"NA": Not applicable.
NOTE: *: When the CR assembly is replaced with a new one, Head Angular Adjustment is required. When the CR assembly is removed but not
replaced, only PG Adjustment and Bi-D Adjustment are required.
