Be aware of the following when ejecting discs or setting the display tilt position.
<For vehicles with an automatic transmission>
•
When removing a disc, switch to Neutral in the event of interference when in Park
Caution
and proceed. (For a column automatic transmission, perform this operation when in
either Park or Neutral.)
•
When setting the tilt position, choose an angle that does not interfere with operation
of the shift lever in the "P", "R" or "N" lever positions. (If there is interference with the
shift lever in these operating positions, do not set a tilt position.)
<For vehicles with a manual transmission>
•
When removing a disc, if interference is generated when in 1st, 3rd, 5th or
switch to Neutral and proceed. However, do not perform this operation while driving.
•
When setting the display tilt, make sure there is no interference generated from your
hand or other obstructions when either in 1st, 3rd, 5th or
if there is interference.)
