Introduction
DVD
• DVDs labeled with the marks below can be used with this device.
ATTENTION
• Some functions cannot be used depending on the type of DVD.
• When handling a DVD, hold it by pressing one finger on its center rim and another
finger on its end with the label up.
CD
• Insert CD and map discs with the label up.
• Audio CDs, CD-Rs (CD-Recordable) and CD-RWs (CD-Rewritable) labeled with the
marks below can be used with this device. (For details, see "Before using the
deck" in the OWNER'S MANUAL / Audio.)
• CD-Rs and CD-RWs may not playback due to their particular properties or
scratches, dirt or deterioration as a result of having been left for extended periods
inside the vehicle. Also, CD-Rs and CD-RWs that haven't gone through finalized
processing cannot be played back on this device.
• Do not use an adapter when inserting 8cm CDs. Ejecting may be rendered
impossible.

Map disc
• Only use a specially made DVD navigation disc (for details, contact the store of
purchase).
• When handling the map disc, hold it by pressing one finger on its center rim and
another finger on its end with the label up.
