Installing the DC motor ASSY
(1) Install the DC motor ASSY to the chassis ASSY with two screws "b", taking care not to
damage the gear.
Tightening torque: 100 to 200 mN•m (1 to 2 kg•cm)
(2) Squeeze the encode gear so that it is engaged with the double gear with taking care not to
damage the gear. (For the squeezed height, refer to the Fig 2.2-30b.)
(3) Install the photo interrupter ASSY with two screws.
Tightening torque: 100 to 200 mN•m (1 to 2 kg•cm)
