About Push to Talk
You can use Push to Talk to connect almost instantly with one or more Push to Talk contacts. Before you make a Push to Talk call, you can
see whether contacts are available to talk.
Set up Push to Talk
Verify that your wireless service plan includes this service.
You only need to set up Push to Talk once.
1. In the Push to Talk application, click Yes.
2. Type a display name.
3. Click OK.
Change your Push to Talk display name
1. In the Push to Talk application, click Set Your Name.
2. Change your display name.
3. Press the Menu key.
4. Click Save.
Turn off Push to Talk
1. In the Push to Talk application, click PTT Is On.
2. Click Off.
3. Press the Menu key.
4. Click Save.
To turn on Push to Talk, open the Push to Talk application.

Calls and call alerts

Make a Push to Talk call
Verify that you have added one or more Push to Talk contacts.
1. In the Push to Talk application, click PTT Contacts.
