- Page 8 Please choose any of the shortcuts you require to launch the desktop manager and then click Next Click Install to start the installation...
- Page 9 Please wait while the software installs. Click Finish once it completes...
- Page 10 To install double click on the .exe you downloaded earlier You may get this screen Click Run Select English and then click OK If you have BlackBerry Desktop Manager running you will see the following error: Just close Desktop Manager and click continue...

- Page 19 When the Device Application Selection box appears, you can install all features or just select the ones that you want by clicking the check boxes When you have selected all the features you require, click Next...
- Page 20 Select the backup options and click Next Click Finish to complete the Application Loader Wizard...
- Page 21 During the loading process, the box above will be displayed. Do not disconnect your handheld or exit the desktop manager until all applications have been loaded and the following screen is displayed. Click Close to complete the upgrade.
- Page 22 If you are an enterprise customer, you may leave your handheld cabled and activate your handheld to the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. If you choose to disconnect your handheld at this point, you should contact your administrator for a wireless activation password to activate your handheld.
