To replace the spool pin on a Baby Lock Decorator's Choice BLDC2:

1. Insert the extra spool pin into the bobbin winder shaft.
2. Ensure the spool pin is perpendicular to the bobbin winder shaft.
3. Swing the spool pin down to a horizontal position.
4. Place the upper thread spool onto the extra spool pin.
5. Secure the spool with the spool cap.

This setup is used for twin needle threading or using a second thread spool.
