Change the span of an animation

It may seem that the tire is bouncing too rapidly. To make the animation run at a slower rate, you can add frames to
the animation. You should also keep the separation between the up and down phases of the tire animation near the
middle of the animation span.
In the Score, click the end frame of the Background sprite in frame 34, and drag it to frame 50.

In the Score, click the beginning frame of the down phase tire sprite in frame 25, and drag it to frame 33.
