Helplines

AT&T provides these Helplines 24 hours a day to help you program
and use your phone:
U.S.A.
Eastern Canada and Ottawa
Central and Western Canada
Ontario
Before calling the Helpline, please refer to "Troubleshooting."

Post-Warranty Service

If you need service on your telephone after the one-year warranty
period, here's what you do:
If you bought your telephone from AT&T or if you bought it from an
Authorized AT&T Dealer, and you also signed an AT&T post-
warranty Maintenance Agreement, call the Helpline. Your post-
warranty Maintenance Agreement entitles you to service calls with
no additional charges for parts or labor.
If you bought your telephone from AT&T but you did not buy a post-
warranty maintenance contract, call our Helpline for service charges
and assistance.
If you bought your telephone from an AT&T Authorized Dealer but
you did not buy AT&T post-warranty service, call your Dealer for
assistance (or call our Helpline).
Important Notice:
We expect your telephone will work well for you for many years.
However, we do recommend that you buy an AT&T post-warranty
Maintenance Agreement if you are concerned about the expense of
repair or replacement of your telephone after the one-year warranty
period. See your AT&T Representative, your Dealer, or call us toll
free at 1 800 247-7000 if you would like to talk about the coverage
and price of a Maintenance Agreement.
