Removing the MODEM Board

1. Remove the screw from the modem heat plate.
2. Remove the modem heat plate from the main unit.
3. Use two flat bladed screwdrivers to push out the latches on both sides of
the modem socket.
4. Gently, remove the modem module.
5. Disconnect the modem connector cable from the modem board.
