Problem
Poor sound • Your Bluetooth device may be out of range – try moving it closer to the SoundLink

• Try turning off WiFi to improve audio quality.
• Try unpairing your Bluetooth device from the SoundLink
This action can possibly clear issues that might have occurred during initial device pairing.
