Replacing the Keyboard

1. Install the keyboard standoffs before installing the new keyboard. Remember to peel off
the paper from the keyboard standoffs.

2. Connect the keyboard cable to the mainboard (1), and then close the connector latch (2).
3. Slide the keyboard toward palmrest aligning the tabs along the bottom edge of the
keyboard with the corresponding slots on the upper cover, and then press down on all
sides to secure it in place (3).

4. Close the LCD panel and turn the computer over so that the base is facing up.
