Input/Output (I/O) Controller
The super I/O controller features the following:

LAN Subsystem
The LAN, with the Intel 82801FR, provides a Fast PCI LAN subsystem. The LAN subsystem
provides the following functions:
•
Marvell 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet LAN
•
Support for RJ-45 connector with status indicator LEDs
•
Programmable transit threshold
•
Configurable EEPROM that contains the MAC address

RJ-45 LAN Connector LEDs
Table 4 describes the LED states when the board is powered up and the 10/100/1000 Gigabit
Ethernet LAN subsystem is operating.
