1 Plug-in description

The HP StorageWorks P9000 Disk Array Plug-In for Oracle Enterprise Manager software enables
database administrators to:
identify bottlenecks on the disk arrays where databases reside
identify which Oracle objects reside on which array groups
correlate array group capacity with poor database performance
identify I/O cycles available on a specific disk array or across several disk arrays
The HP StorageWorks P9000 Disk Array Plug-In for Oracle Enterprise Manager software is referred
to as the plug-in in this document.
