operating system configures the Plug and Play devices not required for
boot.
When set to [No], BIOS configures all the devices in the system.

Enables the Intel Virtualization Technology for Directed I/O.
Disables the T.Probe Functions.
Enables the T.Probe Functions that detect and equalize the temperature of
vCore power components.
