Different types of DVDs have
different functions
When choosing DVDs to write on, be sure to check the disc type, the version and the
supported writing speed, as indicated on the disc's package. Check both sides of the
disc's package.

recording mode used when recording them with the camcorder, The times below are estimates for
recording 60 minutes worth of movies on 12 cm discs (4.7 GB per side of DVD-R discs),
