7) Secondary Cable Type Status (SCTS)
Setting this jumper to 80-pin will allow an UltraDMA/66 IDE device that is
connected to the secondary IDE connector with a 40-pin 80-conductor IDE cable
to handle transfer rates up to 66MB/s.
