6. Troubleshooting.

If you find that your phone did not setup properly, follow these
troubleshooting steps.
a. Unplug the Power Adaptor from the back of the Base Unit.
Wait 10 seconds then plug the Power Adaptor back into
the Base Unit.
After re-booting the Base Unit, the Status LED will be
RED during Boot-Up, turning to a flashing AMBER while
trying to connect, and finally GREEN if the connection
was completed.
b. If the unit still did not connect, make sure you have an
Internet connection. Try visiting a couple of web sites to
confirm your Internet connection works.
c. Check the Cables on the Base Unit and the Router.
d. Make sure your Router is plugged into the Cable/DSL
Modem and powered on.
e. Check your Cable/DSL Modem. Is it powered on? Are the
lights on the front working? Can you access the Internet?
