Programming Your Universal Remote The remote may already be set up to operate your brand of TV, VCR, or Cable Box. It is pre-programmed with the following codes: TV-ODD, VCR-ODD, Cable Box-O~~ and AUX is programmed with VCR code 037. For brands that require programming, there are two ways to program: Using Code Lists or Code Search. -

Operating A VCR Tum the VCR On and Off. 1 . Press VCR to set the remote to control the VCR. (Most RCA, GE and ProScan models AUX CABLE VCR will only turn on when pressing VCR not 001 0 OFF/ON). -
