2.10.2 I/O Shield
The back panel I/O shield for the board must meet specific dimension and material requirements.
Systems based on this board need the back panel I/O shield to pass certification testing. Figure 26
shows the I/O shield for board with the 8-channel (7.1) audio subsystem. Figure 27 shows the I/O
shield for board with the 6-channel (5.1) audio subsystem. Dimensions are given in inches to a
tolerance of ±0.02 inches. The figures also indicates the position of each cutout.
