Closed defect summary
A failed Pause frame, sent during firmwaredownload process in
Interop Modes 2 and 3, causes a fabric rebuild
A device with a slow initialization sequence may cause the switch to
mistakenly establish virtual channels on an F_Port.
A CRC error was observed between HP StorageWorks 8/40 SAN
Switch and HP StorageWorks 8/80 SAN Switch with a particular SFP
type.
The Fibre Channel fastwrite path does not recover after restoring the
DWDM connection.
Devices on the backbone have no access to remote devices after a
switch on the backbone, with both FCR and FCIP being utilized, exper-
iences a hafailover or hareboot.
Port RSCNs are sent to DPC (VIs and VTs) every time the configuration
changes, which is unrelated to VI/VT. This affects any application that
uses frame redirect zoning.
With both RD zone and TI zone configured, a connectivity issue can
occur after hafailover or hareboot.

During firmwaredownload, a rare race condition could occur,
causing /etc/inetd.conf to be erased, and leading to the user
being unable to access the switch via the network.
A Web Tools performance issue occurs, where it freezes for a few
seconds approximately every 15 seconds. The Web Tools light stops
blinking and cannot scroll any windows.
