Step 3: Access Share

A. Click the LaCie Network Assistant icon in the

system tray (Windows), menu bar (Mac), or

task bar (Linux).

B. Under the machine name LaCie-5big, click

on Public.

C. Public will open in your operating system's fi le browser. Transfer fi les to the

volume normally.

NOTE: The LaCie 5big Network 2 is confi gured in RAID5 mode. For instructions on

changing the RAID mode and for additional instructions, precautions and confi guration

details, please refer to the User Manual on the LaCie Utilities CD-ROM.
