Camera

A camera with flash is integrated in the
phone. Use photos/videos as:
• wallpaper, logo, screensaver, startup
and shutdown animation
• a picture of your contact entries
• an attachment to an MMS or e-mail.
Save photos and videos in
(page 54) or on the RS MultiMediaCard
(page 56).

Switch between the
picture
tabs.
The preview image is displayed. In the
first line you will see:

The number of photos that can still be
taken in the selected resolution is dis-
played in the preview image. This
number varies considerably depending
on the subject matter and how much
storage space is required. You will also
see an indication of the selected resolu-
tion or, if video mode has been selected,
there is an indication as to how much
recording time has already been used
and how much time is still available.

If necessary, set the zoom
factor first.
The photo is saved with a name, the date
and the time in the
stuff
(page 54). Change the name with
Rename
in the camera options menu.
Image resolution
It is possible to set the quality of the
image regardless of the preview image
resolution. The best possible resolution
is 1280 x 960 pixels.
To take individual wallpaper images you

The resolution may decrease
depending on the selected digital zoom.
