DISCONNECT THE THROTTLE BODY
Disconnect:
- Luggage box
- TPS,ISA,MAPAT coupler
- Throttle cable
CAUTION
!
Do not disconnect both the throttle adjust screw
and adjusting nut
DISASSEMBLE THE THROTTLE BODY
- Disconnect the insulator and the connecting
tube band 2ea at the air cleaner side.
- Disconnect the TPS (Throttle position sensor)
- Disconnect the ISA (Idle speed actuator)
- Disconnect theMAPAT
CAUTION
!
Do not disconnect the throttle valve
CHECKING THE THROTTLE BODY
Check:
- Throttle shaft
- Throttle valve
EMS(Engine Management System)
