need to be performed during the initial setup of your resource management system;
they are not ongoing tasks.

About percentage ownership of resources

Multiple users and cost centers can partly own the same asset. To assign ownership
percentages, first, you must allow assets to have multiple users. Then, you specify
ownership by user, department, and cost center, and set ownership percentages.
