- Page 2 Assembly Instructions Note. These plates fit between the foot rest mount plates and the frame. After removing the foot rest bolts , save them for replacement if you remove the Mount Plate. Assemble the mount plate as shown. Attach the right side plate to the cross plate with the 5/16 Carriage bolts and nuts.
