- Page 2 Assembly Instructions Note. Right and Left direction are from the operator position. The lower skid plate, If so equipped, may need to be removed. Please retain plate and hardware to be reinstalled if the plate is removed.. Remove the Skid Pan bolts and allow it to hang Exposing the bolts to the Foot Rest. Remove the bolts holding the foot rest and place the mounting bracket on the outside of the foot rest.
