- Page 2 Assembly Instructions Note. Right and Left direction are from the operator position. The lower skid plate, If so equipped, may need to be removed. Please retain plate and hardware to be reinstalled if the plate is removed.. Remove the foot rest bolts. You may need to Remove the front bolts to assist in the mounting. With the mounting tabs toward the front, mount the brackets using the longer bolt and lock washers provided.
