The possible reasons for no light or flame coming on in the Dimplex EXBURY EBY15 could be:
1. Defective Lamp – The lamp may need replacement. It should be replaced with a 60W E14 SES Clear Candle lamp. 2. Loose or Incorrectly Installed Lamp – Ensure the lamp is properly installed and not over-tightened. 3. Power Supply Issue – Check if the appliance is properly plugged in and switched on. 4. Thermostat Setting – The appliance will only switch on if the thermostat is set higher than the room temperature.
If the issue persists, further troubleshooting may be needed.

Your Dimplex Exbury EBY15 fire may not be producing heat after 10 minutes due to the thermostat setting. The thermostat must be set higher than the room temperature for the heater to operate. If the required temperature is reached, the thermostat will switch off the heater automatically. Check and adjust the thermostat setting to ensure it is high enough for the heater to remain on.
