We recommend installation with our EPOS™ (Exact Positioning Operating System)
reference station, with wired support if needed. You can also set up an installation with
a boundary wire.

Charging Station

Attach the cap of the charging station from box
and tilt it into position. Secure the cables in the charging station using

the integrated grommet.
(Black cable) Connect to the charging station.

From box
Mount at least 12in / 30 cm from the ground and plug into outlet.

Stakes / Screws
Secure the cables in the ground with the stakes, attach station to
level ground and secure with the screw.
Important: You MUST use the low voltage cable in box
to connect the power supply to the charging station

Charging Station installation
Choose location where station has:
1.
A power outlet nearby.
2. Flat, level ground.
3. A point 3-8 ft in front of the station (called a docking point
(B)) that has a clear view of sky for satellite connection (90°+
field of view above mower).
4. A minimum of 20 ft. / 6 m / (C) free space in front of the
charging station (A).

3. A vertical surface to attach to e.g side of building, on a tall
fence or on a pole**.

Once paired you will be prompted to set up the docking point.

Defining a docking point provides the mower a clear place to connect to satellites (can
take up to 1hr on first operation).
Important: Check your main phone settings to ensure the Automower® Connect app has access to Bluetooth connectivity.
