System Requirements
Mobile App: Latest version of the UniFi App (available on the App Store ® and
Google Play ® ™ ).
Web browser: The latest version of the Google Chrome browser (other browsers may
have limited functionality).

Current WAN bandwidth usage
Network Cloud Access Status
Number of managed UniFi access points
Number of client devices on the network
Reset button
The Reset button has two functions:
Reset: Quickly press and release the Reset button .
Restore factory default settings: Press and hold the Reset button for more than
five seconds, until the status LED starts flashing white.
Power button
Press to turn the Cloud Key Gen 2 on or off.
USB Type C power port
Used for power if PoE is not available. A USB power adapter that supports Quick
Charge 2.0 or Quick Charge 3.0 is required.
microSD slot
Optional slot used for external backup (microSD card not included).
Ethernet port
Connects to a gigabit switch port on the LAN. Power can be provided by an 802.3af
PoE switch, such as the UniFi PoE Switch.
