in the subsystem's internal database.
Used to display error messages to the user.
Used to inform a user requesting a certificate that the request
has been queued for agent approval.
Used to inform a user requesting a certificate that the request
has been rejected by the CMS server.
Used to inform a user requesting a certificate that the request
has been approved by the CMS server.
