Reassembly Reassembly can generally be conducted by reversing the disassembly procedure. However, special attention should be given to the following items. 1. Reassembling the cylinder ass’y Insert the set of Hammer Holder (C) [27], Sleeve (FW) [28], the Second Hammer [29], Hammer Holder (A) [30], Damper (A) [31], O-ring (C) [32], and the Damper Holder [33] into the Cylinder [19] to which Oil Seal (A) [26] is press-fitted.

7. Mounting the change lever Fill the Pinion Sleeve (40){41}<41>((40)){{41}}<<41>> with NIPPECO SEP-3A and insert it into Ball Bearing 608VVC2PS2L [17] of the Gear Cover [7]. Insert Spring (E) [16] into the 5.4 hole at the remote end of the Gear Cover [7]. Apply the specified grease to the Second Gear [22] of the Cylinder [19] ass’y and then insert it into Ball Bearing 6805DD [10].

8. Reassembling the gear cover ass’y Assemble as shown in Fig. 15 and confirm that the Change Lever [13] is set to the "Rotation + Hammering" ( mark) position, and then move the Piston [37] to the bottom dead point. Lay the Gear Cover [7] ass’y into position until the front end of the Piston [37] is inserted into the Cylinder [19].

9. Operation check If an improperly assembled product is powered on, components of the running motor may be damaged. To prevent this, you must first check the operation of the assembled product by following the procedure below. (1) After reassembly, turn the Change Lever [13] from "Rotation + Hammering" ( mark) to "Rotation only"...
