  • Page 5 重要安全指示 24. 烹調時，請盡量蓋上鍋具。而鍋具的手柄亦應轉向適當位置，避免受熱或碰撞。 25. 請勿在爐具附近使用噴霧產品。 26. 使用後，應將所有控制旋鈕設於「關閉」位置。 27. 爐具的面板是用強化玻璃製造 (HZB62M 除外)，較一般玻璃安全。唯使用玻璃面板煮爐時還須注意以下 事項，以避免玻璃面板爆裂：  經常清潔爐頭蓋以保持火孔暢通，如滾瀉食物及汁液，應在爐頭冷卻後盡快清理。  如爐具出現異常聲響，應先關火。在爐具完全冷卻後，檢查爐頭蓋及放好爐頭蓋，並重新點火。若問題 持續，聯絡煤氣公司進行檢查。  切勿使用直徑超過 280 毫米的平底鍋。  切勿以硬物撞擊或將重物放置於面板。  切勿放置煮食器皿在面板上。 保養 1. 讓氣體煮食爐完全冷卻後，才可進行清潔。 2. 清洗爐頭蓋和爐頭身後，用乾布將爐頭蓋完全抹乾，爐頭火孔不可留有水份，以免影響燃燒。 3. 避免接觸煮食爐內部，進行清潔時，應穿上保護手套，防止割傷。 4. 定期檢查氣體軟喉狀況，確保沒有紐結或裂縫，若發現軟喉有損壞，聯絡煤氣公司維修。 5. 使用前和使用後，注意爐頭的狀況和清潔。以下不正常狀況會產生燃燒不良，進而引致爐具損壞，確保採 取相應措施，糾正有關問題。 不正常情況 處理措施 爐頭蓋和爐頭身變形 聯絡煤氣公司維修。...

  • Page 18 操作指示 (只適用於 HZB62GP 的左爐頭) 防乾燒功能  當食物燒焦時，溫度感應器會探測到鍋子高溫，爐火會自動熄滅，蜂鳴器發出 20 秒響聲。  當加熱一些小水份的食物時，加點水，用中或小火煮，這避免中途熄火。 請遵守下列指示使用左方防乾燒爐頭： 為確保防乾燒爐頭正常運作，請使用金屬鍋子，並確定鍋底與溫度感應器之間沒有間隙或異物，不要使用 底部不平、複合底、圓底、陶瓷或玻璃鍋，以避免中途熄火 。 溫度感應器 鍋具傾側 圓底鍋具 鍋底有異物 鍋底凹凸 使用大火煎炒或油炸食物時，有可能因高溫而啟動防乾燒功能，如問題持續發生， 請使用沒有防乾燒功能的右爐頭繼續烹調 。 即使配備防乾燒功能，因應不同食物特質，也可能出現燒焦及黐底的情況。 建議使用較小火烹調易燒焦的食物 。 保養 注意：待爐具完全冷卻後，才可進行任何保養及清潔。清潔時，亦應配戴手套保護雙手。 為妥善保養爐具，遵照以下指示定期清潔爐具：  請勿使用蒸氣清潔爐具；  請使用適當清潔用品清潔金屬及搪瓷部份。使用非研磨及非腐蝕性的清潔劑，避免使用含氯清潔劑 （如漂白劑）；  避免酸性或鹼性物質（如醋、鹽水、檸檬汁等）殘留在爐具；  煮食時如有液體溢出，應待爐頭冷卻後盡快清理；  定期使用暖水及清潔劑清洗爐頭蓋和爐頭身，將污漬去除，並保持爐頭火孔暢通；...
