PRoBLEMS
System does not turn on.
iPod / iPhone / iPad
I can't hear any sound.

I like using the Dock-Mate App to
tune the unit to an FM station, but I
don't always have my iPod / iPhone

Dock-Mate provides you access to tens of thousands of online SHOUTcast™ Radio Stations, live local weather
data from WeatherBug® and allows you to store your SHOUTcast™ stations, FM radio stations and Podcasts as Favorites
(presets) for convenient access.
Dock-Mate allows you to control your Sound System directly from Dock-Mate. You can tune an FM station
on your Sound System, adjust the Sound System's EQ Presets, set the Sound System's time and alarm settings – all with
Dock-Mate.
You have a large range of "skins" and display colors to choose from – allowing you to customize Dock-Mate
for the "look" you like best. Dock-Mate also allows you to use your own photos as a "screen saver".

programmed online radio stations in the world. Today SHOUTcast™ Radio features over 35,000 music, sports, talk and
community programmed stations from around the globe. You're sure to find something you like on SHOUTcast™ Radio.
SHOUTcast™ Radio also provides audio broadcasting software tools for those who want to create a radio
station. It permits anyone on the internet to broadcast audio from their computer to listeners across the Internet or any
other IP-based network (Office LANs, college campuses, etc...).

• Make sure AC adapter is secure in the outlet, and oulet has the Power
Indicator should be on.
• Press the VoL + repeatedly to ensure volume level is appropriate.
• If listening to iPod / iPhone / iPad, please ensure the LINE IN jack does NOT
have a plug in it, please ensure that the FM RADIO indicator is off (press
SoURCE button to select the desired source).
• Remove your iPod / iPhone / iPad from the dock and check for obstruction
on the connector in the dock and on your iPod / iPhone / iPad.
• Make sure that your iPod / iPhone / iPad is working properly before docking
into the unit. Please refer to your iPod / iPhone / iPad manual for detail.
• We highly recommend you use Dock-Mate to tune the unit to your favorite
station, then follow the steps on Page 5 (under "Listening To The Radio) to
store this station as one of your unit's internal presets. Repeat this process
for all your favorite stations. For more FAQs and tips on using Dock-Mate,

• If you've set an alarm in the unit using the Dock-Mate App, and have
subsequently lost power to the unit (and thus the unit's internal clock is
incorrect), the FM radio indicator will flash to alert you – don't worry, the
alarm won't go off in this state.
• You can re-sync/correct the unit's clock simply by docking your iPod /
iPhone / iPad and opening Dock-Mate (ensure you have "Time Auto Sync"
setting turned to "ON").
• If you don't have your iPod / iPhone / iPad available, you can also permanently
disable the alarm (and thus stop the FM radio indicator flashing) by pressing
and holding the VOL- button and the SOURCE button for at least 5 seconds
while in FM Radio mode.
