Advanced System Remote Control with Learning Capability
The SRC2 infrared remote control is designed to operate
Russound multiroom systems with up to eight connected
audio-video sources. It also will control up to three local
devices such as a TV or home theater receiver.
To support local device control, the SRC2 has an extensive
library of IR codes for most manufacturers' products. It also
has command learning capability for other devices and
unique functions.
For easy viewing in dark rooms, the SRC2 features backlit
keys. Two preset keys allow direct selection of favorite pro-
grams when used with a CAM or CAV system. Page Up and
Page Down keys in addition to standard cursor keys support
on-screen menu navigation. A Disc key enables direct selec-
tion of a disc in a multidisc CD or DVD changer. Discrete
source keys allow selection of sources on the Russound
system without scrolling through a source list.
The SRC2 comes in a silver finish and employs a sleek
ergonomic design with widely spaced keys for comfort and
ease of use. The back side has a rubberized coating for a
secure grip and a softer feel.
The SRC2 works with Russound's CAA, CAM, and CAV
multiroom systems, as well as with the SaphIR K2 keypad.
