Hochdruck-Reinigungs-Systeme High-Pressure-Systems 2.2.8 Installing the detergent supply Use only cleaning detergent or chemicals recommended by the manufacturer EHRLE. Otherwise the High Pressure Cleaner safety may be affected. WARNING Install the detergent container (9 and 10, gure 1) maximum 0,8 m (bottom level) below the bottom of the central unit.
2.2.10 Installing the cleaning equipment Use only original EHRLE high pressure hoses and cleaning equipment. EHRLE high pressure hoses will be recognized by the red rubber guard and are compliant with the „Regulations of liquid sprayers“. For high pressure hose protection the manufacturer EHRLE recommends the installation of a wall mounted hose reel (7, gure 2) at every wash place.
Hochdruck-Reinigungs-Systeme High-Pressure-Systems remote control cable to the terminal box in the central unit. 2.2.12 Installing the self service coin acceptor Only specially trained and quali ed personal are allowed to install the self service coin acceptor. WARNING Install the self service coin acceptor at a easily accessible place for the self service customer.
In consideration of the data listed above and a pipe diameter of 150 mm a minimum effective chimney length (stack height) of 4 m is required. For chimney installation contact the manufacturer EHRLE. The chimney com- ponents are offered as accessories.
Hochdruck-Reinigungs-Systeme High-Pressure-Systems Commissioning and Operation 2.3.1 Before rst commissioning Activities before rst commissioning are only allowed specially trained and quali ed personal. Fill up cleaning detergent container (9 and/or 10, gure 1) with manufacturer recommended cleaning detergent or chemicals.
2.6.1 Guidelines for pressure vessels and steam boiler regulation EHRLE High Pressure Cleaners comply with the German and European pressure vessel regulation and the steam boiler regulation. The water capacity is less than 10 l. The High Pressure Cleaner is thus free of installation regula- tions with respect to its boiler.
2.6.4 Emissions regulations The heating installation of the EHRLE High Pressure Cleaner underlie the regulations of re equipments. According to these regulations oil- or gas red high pressure cleaners have to be checked annually by your responsible district chimney sweep to ensure observance of the emission limit values.
Hochdruck-Reinigungs-Systeme High-Pressure-Systems Maintenance and Repair Only specially trained and quali ed personal are allowed to perform the maintenance and repair activities. Before starting with the maintenance and repair activities, WARNING separate High Pressure Cleaner from the facility AC power outlet by switching off the main switch (2, gure 1).
Hochdruck-Reinigungs-Systeme High-Pressure-Systems The manufacturer recommends to conclude a maintenance contract with the local sales agency or a special safety inspection agreement. The maintenance contract comprises all in section 3 described maintenance activities and additi- onally the safety inspection agreement.
