PRODUCTS COVERED: OFRB, OFRBC, OFRC, OFR1, OFRWC, OFR6, OFR9, OFR11, OFR15, OFR17
Base & Cover (OFRBC, OFRB, OFRC)
1. Drill 1/4" [6mm] diameter holes in both outer channels of
the raceway base for installation of mounting screws.
Holes should be drilled no further than 3" [76mm] from
each end of the raceway base and no more than 24"
[610mm] apart.
NOTE: Not recommended for use in high traffic areas.
Couplings (OFR1)
1. Slide one (1) coupling into each of the outer channels of
the base and secure the #8-32 screw.
2. Slide next section of base onto other end of coupling
and secure #8-32 screws.
Ground Clip (OFR9)
1. Lay ground clip into outer channel and rotate into grooves.
2. Tighten the #8-32 screws.
Legrand/Wiremold electrical systems conform to and should be properly
grounded in compliance with requirements of the current National
Electrical Code or codes administered by local authorities.
ll electrical products may present a possible shock or fire
hazard if improperly installed or used. Legrand/Wiremold electrical
products may bear the mark of a Nationally Recognized Testing
Laboratory (NRTL) and should be installed in conformance with current
local and/or the National Electrical Code.
IMPORT NT: Please read all instructions
before beginning.
2. Using #8 fasteners, install base of raceway directly on
top of existing floor covering. The screw type should be
appropriate for the type of floor, which the raceway is
being installed on.
3.
ttach cover to base by aligning countersunk holes in
cover with the threaded center channel in the base.
Use #8-32 Flat Head screws provided to secure.

Wire Clip Installation
Outer Channels Wire Clip Setup
Insert serrated edge of wire clip under inner slot, rotate curled edge under outer slot.
Inner Channels Wire Clip Setup
Insert serrated edge against inner wall, rotate curled edge against outer wall.
Flat Elbow Installation
Install Elbow Base Tabs
Insert flat elbow connecting tabs into outer channels of base and secure.
Mount Elbow Base
Install elbow base directly on floor covering using #8 fasteners.
Connect Next Raceway Section
Connect next raceway base section to elbow tabs and secure with screws.
Attach Elbow Covers
Attach raceway covers to base sections and elbow using flat head screws.
Seam Clip Installation
Position Seam Clip on Cover
Slide Seam Clip onto end of cover until countersink touches the edge.
Join Raceway Covers
Slide next cover section under seam clip and secure with screw.
Tee/Cross Combo Installation - Tee Configuration
Install Tee Base Tabs
Insert tee connecting tabs into outer channels of base and secure with screws.
Mount Tee Base
Install tee base directly on floor covering using #8 fasteners.
Connect Other Raceway Bases
Insert other raceway base sections and secure using screws.
Prepare Tunnel Tab
Remove tab from tunnel end that butts against raceway base.
Install Tunnel and Corner
Install tunnel and internal corner using #6-32 screws into tee base.
Attach Tee Covers
Attach raceway covers to all three base sections and secure.
Tee/Cross Combo Installation - Cross Configuration
Remove Breakaway Tabs
Remove three breakaway tabs on the cross fitting base.
Install Cross Base Tabs
Insert cross fitting tabs into base outer channels and secure with screws.
Mount Cross Base
Install cross fitting base on floor covering using #8 fasteners.
Connect Remaining Bases
Insert other three raceway base sections and secure using screws.
Remove Tunnel Tabs
Remove both tabs from both tunnels of the cross fitting.
Install Cross Tunnels and Corner
Install tunnels and internal corner using #6-32 screws into the base.
Prepare Cross Cover Tab
Remove breakaway tab from cover by breaking corners and twisting center.
Attach Cross Covers
Attach raceway covers to all four base sections and secure.
Internal Elbow Installation
Mount Internal Elbow Base
Install Internal Elbow base on floor covering using appropriate #8 fasteners.
Connect Raceway Bases
Slide OFR raceway base onto both sides of the Internal Elbow and secure.
Attach Raceway Covers
Attach the raceway covers to the installed sections.
Attach Internal Elbow Cover
Secure the Internal Elbow cover using #6-32 round head screws.
