you can also select Reply
from the Options menu.

the envelope icon next to

and then select Reply
from the list. Or open the
Options menu and select
Reply.

Replying to an email message

You can reply to an email message as you are reading it, or you can reply to messages in the
message list.

Select the message you want to reply to.

Create the reply:
a. Select Reply.
b. Select whether to reply to the sender only or to all message recipients listed
in the menu.
c. Enter a reply.

Select Send to send the reply now, Outbox to send it later, or Drafts to work
on it later.
