This chapter covers the hardware of the Compaq TaskSmart W2200 appliance
server. No internal devices are covered. If the server must be opened, refer to
the maintenance and service guide.

Rack Hardware Deployment Options

Some rack-mount configurations require separate or additional equipment. For
example, the sliding rail and cable management system requires ball-bearing
rails and the cable tension system to deploy in this manner. The ball-bearing
rails and cable tension guide is not supplied with this appliance although the
server can be mounted in this manner. The TaskSmart W2200 appliance server
ships standard with fixed rails and supports several rack deployment options:
