Milk Cream Separator Instruction
The Installation steps are as follows:
1. Prepare all parts of the product.
2. Align the hole at the bottom of the container with the electric separator. The "Dong" sound
when the rotary installation is tightened indicates that it has been fully installed.
3. Press tightly and attach the skimmed milk mouth and the cream mouth to the container below.
The cream mouth can be turned at will.
4. Press tightly the cream nozzle, the funnel nozzle and funnel in turn, and finally put the milk
container on.
The milk container switch(Metal Rod) must be closed before using. Clockwise
rotation is closed/Anticlockwise rotation is open.
5. Finally, turn on the switch of the electric milk separator, which can be poured into more than
half of milk in the container after about 40 seconds of rotation.
Directions and Notes:
1. Press down the separator switch and then slowly turn the milk container switch(Metal Rod)
anticlockwise to turn on. Please be careful not to open all at once. You can be gradually adjusted
according to the sound of the heard liquid, and the skim milk will gradually come out. Cream
separation will be slower than the skimmed milk, which is normal. The milk container
switch(Metal Rod) can be gradually increased according to the cream output, without the need to
adjust the milk container switch to the maximum.
2. The ratio of skim milk to cream is 25:1.
3. Turn off the milk container switch(Metal Rod) if the cream is too thick or too thin. When the
milk mouth and cream mouth do not flow liquid, lift the electric separator switch to close. The
cream too thick can adjust the parts clockwise, and the cream thin can adjust the parts
counterclockwise. If using process still can't get the cream, you need to tighten the parts.
4. Remove the milk container after the electric separator switch is off. Then remove the parts in
turn.
Note: All parts must stop rotating before they can be removed for cleaning.
Please refer to the installation video for specific installation details.
